What "Rukn" means

Rukn (ركن) is Arabic for "cornerstone" — the dependable foundation everything else is built on. That's the role we want the platform to play for your organisation: the solid base your risk, governance and compliance program stands on, not another tool to chase.

Why we built it

Too many risk functions still run on scattered spreadsheets, email chains and PDFs — hard to keep current, harder to report on, and impossible to work from in the field. The tools that promise to fix that are often heavyweight, expensive, English-only, and built for a head-office desktop rather than a phone on a site visit.

We built Rukn ERM to close that gap for organisations in the Middle East and beyond: a complete risk lifecycle — register, KRIs, appetite, controls, incidents, actions, governance, compliance and audits — that works in Arabic and English with full right-to-left support, stays readable offline, and fits in your pocket.

What we believe

• A recognised foundation matters. Every module maps to a component of the COSO ERM 2017 framework, so your program stands on a standard your board and auditors already know.
• Language isn't a feature — it's the whole experience. Arabic and RTL are first-class, not an afterthought bolted onto an English product.
