ERM glossary

Enterprise risk management (ERM)

إدارة مخاطر المؤسسة منهج شامل لإدارة المخاطر على مستوى المؤسسة بأكملها.

Enterprise risk management (ERM) is a coordinated, organisation-wide approach to identifying, assessing, responding to and monitoring risk — as opposed to managing risks in isolated silos.

Modern ERM is framed by the COSO ERM framework, ties risk to strategy, and runs on a living risk register with key risk indicators, risk appetite and board reporting.
