Compliance risk

مخاطر الامتثال خطر مخالفة القوانين واللوائح والمعايير.

Compliance risk is the risk of legal or regulatory penalties, financial loss or reputational damage from failing to follow laws, regulations or standards.

It is managed by mapping obligations to internal controls and evidencing them, and it typically carries a low risk appetite — most organisations are averse to knowing non-compliance.
