Operational risk

المخاطر التشغيلية خطر الخسارة الناتج عن العمليات والأنظمة والأشخاص.

Operational risk is the risk of loss from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems, or from external events — from a system outage to human error or fraud.

It is often tracked with key risk indicators (uptime, error rates, overdue actions) and mitigated through internal controls and incident management.
