Risk heat map

خريطة المخاطر الحرارية عرض بصري للمخاطر حسب الاحتمالية والأثر بالألوان.

A risk heat map is a visual grid — usually 5×5 — that plots risks by likelihood and impact, colouring each cell from green (low) to red (extreme).

It lets leaders scan an entire risk register at a glance and see where the biggest exposures cluster. The score in each cell is simply likelihood × impact.
